Adding recurring tasks to your task board is a powerful process that everybody in your organization should be doing.

This applies to both Business Owners and Staff/Virtual Assistants.

This is beneficial for Business Owners or Managers as it is incredibly stress-relieving to know that tasks are being done when they're meant to be done.

For Staff/Virtual Assistants, it allows you to show your work by putting it somewhere that's easy for people to find. Doing this also ensures that all communication regarding a specific task will be done in the comment section of the task that will be added to your task board.

This is about task delegation and task management and ensuring that everybody in the company is aware of what you should be doing and when you should be doing it, and track what is done and completed.
