The Feedback Model
Feedback is about trying to improve future behaviour. You either want more of the same behaviour or you want this to change moving forward.
There should be a single intention of giving feedback, and this is to improve future behaviour.
You need to learn how to do this effectively to avoid ruining the relationship you have with your staff member.
In the videos we've included in this lesson, we've explained all about the Feedback Model and how to properly deliver feedback.
We've also added the full guidance called 'Giving Effective Feedback', and this can be found under the Homework section of this page.
Here's what you'll learn in this lesson:
- How to deliver proper feedback by utilizing the Feedback Model
- Why timing is important when it comes to delivering feedback
