The Feedback Model

Feedback is about trying to improve future behaviour. You either want more of the same behaviour or you want this to change moving forward.

There should be a single intention of giving feedback, and this is to improve future behaviour.

You need to learn how to do this effectively to avoid ruining the relationship you have with your staff member.
