Set Up the Video Interview Grading Sheet

It has been 48 hours since you've sent the video interview request to your remaining applicants. By now, they will have responded and shared a link to their video interview, which they had hosted online.

In this activity, you'll be setting up the interview grading sheet. This involves collating the names, email addresses, and video interview links, as well as their scores for the application and test task, the number of hours they're available to work, asking rate, and Genius profile.

You'll find out more information on how to do this from the video below.

(FIRST TIME USERS) Please make a copy of the Grading the Interview (VIDEO) TEMPLATE in the Resources section of this lesson and move it to the 04. Interview TEMPLATES subfolder in your own Recruitment folder.

Once the template is saved to your own Recruitment folder, we'd suggest making another copy of it for this activity and saving it to the Job Posting folder. This is done so the template can still be used the next time you're ready to hire someone new.

Once you have your own Grading the Interview (VIDEO) template, you must make another copy of it, this time saving it to the Job Posting folder, and use it for grading the interview responses. This is done so the template can still be used the next time you're ready to hire again. For more information on how to do this, refer to this lesson.
