Prepare and Send the Job Offer Email

Finally, it's time to let the applicant you've selected know they've landed the job!

You'll be reaching out to them via email, and letting them know you've selected them for the role. The email will also contain a link to their Terms of Engagement.

As you didn't know who you'll be offering the role to when you were creating the Position Agreement and Terms of Engagement, we've suggested to leave the fields about them blank and update it at a later time.

Now that you've identified who your new employee is, we recommend updating these documents with their information before sending out the Job Offer email.

If you're unsure what their email address is, you may look these details up in the 'Grading the interview (VIDEO)' document for this job posting.
