Recruit Right is a system which you can delegate to your assistant or you could perform yourself (if you don't have anybody to delegate this to).

If you are delegating the recruitment process to an existing employee, click ‘My assistant’ below, and you’ll directed to the 'Delegate the Hiring Task to Your Existing Employee' module.

However, if you will be doing the recruitment yourself, click on ‘I will be doing it myself’, and you’ll be directed to the ‘Day 1’ module to get started.
